Registration Information

Annual Registration Dates:

  • Spring Travel Prep Program:  February 15 - March 7
  • Summer Travel Program:  April 1 - April 30
  • Winter Early Registration:  May 1 - July 31
  • Fall Travel Prep Program:  July 15 - August 15
  • Winter Regular Registration (Grades 2-8):  August 1 - September 15
  • Winter Regular Registration (Grades 9-12):  August 1 - November 15
  • Winter Late Registration (Grades 2-8):  September 16 - October 31
  • Winter Late Registration (Grades 9-12):  November 15 - December 31

2021 Spring Program Fees:

  • Base Registration:  $195 per player
  • Additional fees for tournaments collected by the coach.  Average Tournament Cost are $20-$40 per player, per tournament

2021 Summer Program Fees:

  • Base Registration:  $195 per player
  • Additional fees for tournaments collected by the coach.  Average Tournament Cost are $20-$40 per player, per tournament

2021 Fall Travel Prep Fees:

  • Base Registration:  $195 per player
  • Additional fees for tournaments collected by the coach.  Average Tournament Cost are $20-$40 per player, per tournament

2021-22 Winter Registration Fees

  • Regular Registration:  $200 per player
  • Early Bird Discount:  Register before August 1 and receive $20 off regular registration
  • Additional Family Members:  $10 off each member residing in same household
  • Late Fee:  $25 late fee will be added to all registrations received after posted deadline
  • Travel Fees:  An additional travel fee of $200 fee will be collected if the player is selected to participate in our travel program.  Travel fees are due by December 1. 

SoLo accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and personal checks.  Payment are processed through a secure web portal hosted by AdminSports.  A $15 returned check fee will be collected for any checks returned by the bank. 

 

Cancellation Policy

SoLo will issue a refund, less a $15 administrative fee, for all cancellation requests received.  Refunds after the posted registration deadlines are subject to additional fees based on equipment orders.  To request a refund, complete the Refund Request Form.

Registering for Travel/Select

Players interested in participating in the Winter travel/select programs should complete the online registration process and pay the initial registration fee.  All players will be evaluated for the travel program during pre-season evaluations.   Should the player be selected for the travel program, the registration will be updated and additional travel fees will be applied to the account, due by November 30.  For information on the travel/select fees and the program, visit our travel page.

For the offseason programs, registration is restricted to those participants who receive an invitation to participate.  Registrations for anyone who was not invited to participated will be refunded.
